Return Policy:
Joumana HH provides an Exchange/Store Credit policy exclusively.
Currently, we do not offer cash refunds.
Exchange/Store Credit Policy for orders within Lebanon:
Joumana HH has a 24-hour timeframe for exchanges or store credit requests from the moment you receive your order. Should you opt for a store credit or exchange, please reach out to us within this period.

You are allowed to exchange for a different size, color, or even a completely different item.
Exchange Process: To begin the exchange process, please notify our team about the item you wish to replace, including the Order ID, and specify the new product you'd like in return. Once the exchange is approved by our customer care team, our delivery partner will collect the original item and subsequently deliver the new one to you. Please note that Joumana HH does not provide free returns/ exchange, and delivery charges will apply based on the courier's standard rates.
Store Credit Process: Upon collection of the item by our delivery partner, your store credit will be processed and applied to your account.
Store Credit Policy for International Orders:
Currently, Joumana HH does not cover return expenses for international orders. Be aware that you will be responsible for any shipping fees, handling, logistics, and customs duties for returning the item and receiving the new parcel.
For international orders, Joumana HH offers a 72-hour store-credit policy: You have 72 hours from when you receive your order to notify us if you wish to obtain store credit.

You have up to 10 days from the receipt of your order to send the items back to our returns department for store credit processing. Items returned beyond the 10-day period will not be eligible for returns.
To initiate a return, please inform our team about the specific item you wish to return and include the Order ID number found in your confirmation email.
Once your return request has been approved by our customer care team. Make sure to pack the product securely according to the shipping company's guidelines, and send it to the following address:

Upon receiving your return, our team will examine the condition of the item. If it meets our Return Policy criteria, you will be notified by email that your return has been accepted and your store credit will be issued. The store credit will be credited to your account automatically. Please allow approximately seven business days for your store credit to be processed.
Joumana HH maintains the right to refuse any returns that do not adhere to our Return Policy.

Cancelation policy: Please make sure to contact us within 24h of placing your order for cancellation.
In some cases, the order cant be cancelled if it was processed to delivery.
Faulty Items: If you receive a faulty item, contact our customer care team at info@joumana-hh.com . In your email, please include the Order ID and a photo of the defect.
